Early Impressions Childcare Crèche & Playgroups: Our crèche has trained teachers and high adult to child ratios on all sessions providing a warm, caring and stimulating environment for your child. Defribulator Course: Wellington Free Ambulance will run a course on Tuesday 21 May from 1pm to 2.30pm. Come along and learn how to use a defribulator in an emergency. The course is free but you do need to register with the Community Centre.

ME/CFS Support Group: Myalgic Encephalopathy/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a serious and complex illness characterised by incapacitating fatigue (experienced as profound exhaustion and extremely poor stamina), neurological problems and a variety of other symptons. The Wellington ME/CFS Support Group will be meeting at the Community Centre in alternate months starting Tuesday 7 February at 12.30pm. They provide a friendly environment where people with ME can find support and meet others with the same condition. They can also have a coordinator available for home visits and other assistance. Knitting Groups: We have two volunteer groups who knit for the Wellington Hospital Neo Natal Unit and other general patients. One group meets monthly on the last Wednesday each month 1.45pm to 4.30pm. and the other group meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday each month from 1.45pm 4.30pm.
Wellington Video Camera Club: Come along and learn about making videos, editing and get assistance from other members. Learn how to produce better videos for your family to enjoy and make your hobby more exciting. Members receive a monthly newsletter and training DVDs are available.
